What is DREAMWORLDCART Retail Ltd Cancellation Policy?

You can cancel your order before its shipping is created in our warehouse. Any amount you paid for purchasing order will be refunded back to the original mode payment used while placing this order.

Can I modify the shipping address of my order after it has been placed?

After the order is placed, the consumer is unable to change the address., Note- The agent does not have the authority to make changes to
orders.

I just canceled my order. When will I receive my refund?

As per banking norms, the amount is refunded within 7-10 working days from the date of cancellation.
If the customer's payment method was Gokwik refund link will be sent to the customer's registered mobile number and email address, If the customer's payment method was Razorpay, the refund will be initiated to the same source account.
